Flat Manager is the largest Bulgarian property management company, which is rented out in the short term through platforms such as Airbnb and a partner for Bulgaria of Homes & Villas by Marriott International. Flat Manager has recently entered the traditional real estate market with digital brokerage services and an innovative platform. Our growing business needs interns without experience, but with a lot of enthusiasm! We are looking for ambitious and creative people with a proactive mentality and a desire to learn, who want to develop in a startup environment that gives freedom and encourages innovation.

The internship will be paid for a period of 4 months. Upon completion, if desired by both parties, it will be transferred to a permanent employment contract.

The intern will be part of the Sales and Business Development team, will work actively with our current and potential clients and will take care of advertising and successful rental of properties from our portfolio. The work requires a physical presence in the company's office in Sofia, but we can comply with the commitments of students.

Tasks and activities ​

​

• Creating ads on the platforms of Airbnb and Booking.com

• Creating ads in the Flats.bg platform, as well as in all major real estate platforms in Bulgaria

• Promotion of properties for short-term and long-term rental

• Assistance in preparing offers for clients and partners

• Creating content for social networks

• Contributing ideas to the implementation of online marketing campaigns

• Assisting with the daily administrative duties in the marketing and sales department
   

Necessary knowledge and skills

• Basic knowledge in the field of marketing or sales

• Interest in the real estate market 

• Good knowledge of social networks and short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

• Excellent command of English, written and spoken

• Excellent computer literacy 

• Previous experience in sales or real estate will be considered a plus

• Ability to create content on time and with attention to detail
